Mt. Shasta is a Beautiful Place for Healing

The retreat is being held at an estate with stunning views of Mount Shasta at the foot of Mt. Eddy.

This is a healing space where we can rest, relax, and bask in the sun together during our three day apple cleanse. Yep, you heard that right! We’ll be eating specific varieties of apples for 3 days to improve digestive health, increase our bile production and soften gallstones.

On the second night you have the option to do a natural procedure that loosens gallstones, allowing them to pass the following morning.

On our last day together, we will transition to a healing foods meal plan and share some delicious fresh food together. You have the option of learning how to make some of these flavorful, healing foods during live culinary demos.

Four bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, 3 stories each with lounging & living spaces. The first level has a ping pong table to finally put to rest who is the best of the best. Spacious deck and back yard to immerse yourself it the best that Mount Shasta has to offer. Clean air, fabulous light, epic views. Enjoy the smell of the forest, wind in the trees & water cascading down the falls. Find your peace as you watch the light play across the mountain or be anywhere in minuets.
