This monthly program is designed to support busy moms who want to keep themselves and their kids healthy and happy!

Make the following bulk items in each session:

​

1 64 ounce jar of home made kraut or pickles ($50 value)
1 64 ounce jar of sprouted crackers, nori crisps or sprouted granola ($50 value)
1 jar probiotic chutney, sauce, dressing or pesto ($30 value)
1 64 ounce concentrated jar of beet kvass or other healing probiotic drink ($50 value)
1 bulk dessert such as healthy chocolates, cookies, pancakes or cupcakes ($30 value)

 

Bonus Gift:

Each participant will receive Kelly's kefir grains and a jar of Sole- himalayan salt brine with dropper
