Kelly's Chocolate Avocado Pudding Recipe:  

 

The best non-dehydrating, nutrient-supportive, energy-packed work out food!

 

1.5 cups hemp milk (6 TBLS hemp and 6 dates soaked in 1 cup spring water overnight and blended)

1 large avocado

3 TBL raw honey

4TBL raw cacao powder

1 TBL coconut oil

2 T ground chia seed (optional)

1 dropperful sole (Himalayan Salt Brine)

 

Blend all ingredients until smooth and silky and serve with fresh berries on top.  Makes 4 servings.  For a kid friendly version use almond milk.  For a low sugar version use stevia instead of honey.

To make pie filling:  Place blended mixture in a separate bowl and mix in 2T ground chia 1/2 to the mixture after you are done blending.  Fill an almond flour pie crust.
