When Kelly Dearie and Angie Ramsey were volunteering to make coffee together at the Gathering Church, they realized that they shared an identical vision to open up a cafe with an organic ice cream parlor in Mt. Shasta, CA.  Apparently, God put a few angels to work, whispering ideas and visions into their minds and hearts.

Imagine stepping into a cafe & ice cream parlor that invokes a sense of natural bliss and simple, child-like joy.  Where you can relax knowing that every delicious offering is carefully crafted with wholesome ingredients that you can trust. Homemade ice cream, overnight oat waffles, Hungarian stew, Turkish Coffee, and farm-fresh veggie frittatas are only a few of the nourishing dishes we offer.  And, of course, Creative Cultures Beet Kvass, Pollen Up, and Green Dream will be served in bulk and on tap.

WE PLAN TO CROWDFUND THIS ENTIRE PROJECT FROM START TO FINISH!

Why give money to the big banks when you can give it to the community instead?  Our business model is non-traditional.  Our pay-it-forward program allows those who can afford it to provide discounts to those in need.  We are partnering with local non-profits like Inner Varsity and the Lions Club to provide a space for teens and young adults to connect and be of service to seniors in the community.   Little Scoop of Heaven is a safe space for both believers and non believers to come and experience the fellowship and blessings of wholesome foods, in a positive, encouraging, community.

OUR LIVE CROWDFUNDING/MEMBERSHIP CAMPAIGN STARTS IN 2024

We are currently looking for the perfect space to host our Friday Night Flight events where we will feature surprises from our menu and local entertainment.  10% of our proceeds will go to a locally featured non-profit, and the rest will go towards the official brick and mortar opening. 

​

We are looking for support and volunteers to get this project up and running.
